WeCityX, also known as Tencent's Future City Exploration Program , is an experiment by Tencent on the ideal of future cities based on the Penguin Island project. We intend to assemble global wisdom and consider how cutting-edge technology will fundamentally alter the way cities are planned, built, operated and governed.
